On Saturday 8th October 2011, a privately owned Gulfstream jet was cleared to the same level as a crossing-track Virgin Australia passenger jet enroute Brisbane - Sydney.Another serious breakdown occurred in July. And more have occured previous to these in recent times. Something is "awry" with Air Services. But this news item indicates the ATSB will have reports on these serious incidents in a year.
