A Socata TBM700 carrying a family of four plus another occupant (and a dog) crashed shortly after departing Teterboro Airport, killing all aboard.

The 45 year old pilot was an investment banker carrying his family and a co-worker on a holiday to Atlanta.

An eye witness reported seeing a "spinning" plane just before it hit the ground.  Icy conditions were reported on departure.
