Rescue paramedic death comes under investigation (not an aircraft crash)

The ATSB (Australia) is investigating the death of a rescue paramedic in canyon terrain to the Southwest of Sydney on Christmas Eve.

The paramedic has been successfully winched to the site (Carrington Falls) where an injured canyoner was waiting to be picked up. The paramedic died in a yet-to-be-disclosed incident whilst on site.
