Monday 8th July 2013 – Utah, USA:

Two men on an instructional flight in a Robinson R22 light helicopter were lucky to survive when their machine impacted terrain above 9,000 feet AMSL. After impacting terrain, the helicopter rolled down a hill.

The accident occurred in along a remote ridgeline of Utah County near American Fork Canyon, but rescuers were onsite in under 1 hour after one of the crew managed to obtain cellular coverage to call 911.
