On an eventful Sunday 18th November Pakistan's flag carrier had a second aircraft experience engine trouble - a Jeddah-Lahore Boeing 747 had to shut down an engine and land at Karachi. On the same day, the regional PIA office in Lahore caught fire.In more encouraging news the A310 pilot from PIA is set to receive a medal for correctly following the checklist and landing safely.Link - The News PK:
