Thurston County, Washington:

Two Army Kiowa light observation helicopters helicopters (based on the Bell 206) crashed around 2000 Monday night at the Joint Base Lewis McChord, resulting in the deaths of all 4 crew members. Collision has been raised as a possibility. Link from "The Olympian":
