Reports are coming in that a BV234 Chinook helicopter operated by
Columbia Helicopters Peru SAC has crashed in Northern Peru, killing all
7 persons on board.

The wreckage was engulfed in flames after the helicopter
crashed shortly after takeoff from Pucallpa international airport
enroute for Tarapoto. The flight was for an oil and
gas client.
