Friday 28th June 2013, Missoula, Montana USA:
A Bell 206 LIII Long Ranger helicopter has crash-landed into the Clark Fork River around 1pm after reporting mechanical failure during a fire-bucket recertification flight. The pilot was uninjured. Some reports indicate that the instructor was located on the banks of the river at the time of the accident.
The damaged helicopter is resting around 3 feet of water, and appears to not be leaking any fluids into the river.
