Friday 21st June 2013:

At approximately 1:40 pm the aircraft took off from Oakland County International Airport at Waterford, Michigan and at approximately 100 feet altitude requested a return to land from air traffic control. The aircraft then crashed beyond the end of the runway, killing three persons instantly, and the fourth died in hospital.

The aircraft was piloted by a 19 year old male, carrying members of his family.
